Job Responsibility of Telesales Representative

•Telesales representative is primarily responsible for making outbound calls to prospect clients and promotes product & services.

 •Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for products or services.

 •Explain products services and engaging customers with Sales and Presale Team to respond to the queries from customers.

 •Obtain & record customer information, schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

 •Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
•Maintain records of contacts & followup with Sales Team meeting schedules.

Job responsibility of Sales Executive

Job responsibility of Sales Executive exists in following points means Sales Executive should have following skills.

•Proven experience working in the ERP Sales with recent focus in Saudi Market, Advanced networking and relationships in the industry, Lead Generator.
•Indepth understanding of Bid correspondence, responding to complex tender opportunities and undertaking of bid process from identifying potential prospects to producing bid documentation.

•Experience in C-level Direct capture campaigns and sales performance based on specific targets

•Must demonstrate exceptional selling skills, competence in time management, networking and target marketing to specific prospects.

•Exceptional communication skills along with presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong business & work ethics, positive attitude and professional demeanor required

•Excellent English communicator must have the ability to convince others and also have the ability to keep calm while working under pressure.

•Excellent MS Office skills especially on Power Point Industry Specific Presentations Preparation.

•Must have multitasking ability and should be able to maintain records

•Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline that drives sales activities, ensuring that revenue goals are exceeded.

•Disciplined and accurate reporting of opportunity pipeline and sales activities into identified systems.

•Willing to work for long hours and travel as per business requirement.
